Privacy Policy

DatarexAI ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why, and how it's handled. It's intentionally short — this site has one contact form and one analytics tool (Microsoft Clarity), so there isn't much to disclose. We'll expand this policy as the site gains new features.

What we collect today

Contact form

When you send the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company (optional), the service you're interested in (optional), and your message. The form is processed on our own web hosting (GlobeHost, India) and delivered to our inbox at info@datarexai.com as an email. It is not stored in a database on the website and is not sent to any other form or marketing service.

To stop spam, the form also keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for about an hour, which lets us limit how many messages can be sent from one connection. It is not used for anything else.

Email, phone and WhatsApp

If you reach out to us via the email address, phone number, or WhatsApp link on this site, we receive whatever information you choose to share in that message (for example, your name, contact details, and the content of your enquiry) — handled directly through your own email client or WhatsApp, not stored by this website.

How we use it

Any information you share with us through the contact form, email, phone, or WhatsApp is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to deliver the project you've engaged us for. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Analytics (Microsoft Clarity)

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this website, so we can improve it. Clarity records how you interact with the pages — for example clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement — and produces heatmaps and session replays. It also collects technical details such as your browser, device type, screen size, and approximate location. Clarity masks text you type into fields by default, and we do not use it to identify you personally.

Clarity sets first-party cookies (such as _clck and _clsk) to recognise repeat visits and group page views into a session. The data is processed by Microsoft; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement for details.

Clarity only runs if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics script is loaded and no Clarity cookies are set. We remember your choice for 12 months. You can change it at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page — declining later also removes the Clarity cookies. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries in our inbox for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so we can refer back to the conversation, and then delete them. If you become a client, project correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deliver and support the work. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@datarexai.com.

Future updates

If we add other analytics (such as Google Analytics) or new ways of collecting information to this site, we will update this policy first to describe what's collected, how long it's kept, and what cookies (if any) are set — before those features go live.
